The Donations Team is in charge of managing sign-ups for food volunteers and to source ingredients for special drinks of the month. Every month they set up our delicious food table that guests are free to snack from at any point during the event.

These people work behind the scenes to make the Reservoir possible. Without our operations team, the vision of the ambiance team and hard work of the donations and kitchen team would go to waste. Tasked with the set up and break down of the coffee house, our operations team ensures that The Reservoir runs smoothly from when the first guest arrives to when the last team member leaves.

Some of the first faces you'll see our Entertainment Team greets you as you come in the door and serves as the MC throughout the night. These team members are also the ones who serve as the liaison to our performers at the Reservoir, recruiting opening and main acts, stocking the green room, and seeing to any need a performer might have.
